A 62-year-old man who was killed in an assault at his home in Altadena was identified Wednesday.
The victim was found around 2:15 p.m. Monday on the floor of a bedroom in the residence in the 2100 block of North El Sereno Avenue, where several people rented rooms, Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department Deputy Kelvin Moody said.
The man, identified by the coroner’s office as Michael Hernandez, had injuries to his head and body, Moody said. No arrests have been reported.
