A three-acre brush fire broke out Wednesday afternoon in La Tuna Canyon near the Foothill (210) Freeway in the Sunland-Tujunga area, according to the Los Angeles Fire Department.

The fire was reported at 1:19 p.m., said the LAFD’s Brian Humphrey, who said no structures were threatened.

La Tuna Canyon Boulevard was closed between Morning Glow Way and the 210 freeway, Humphrey said.
