
A man in possession of PCP pushed a motorcyclist off his vehicle early Monday, jumped on it and drove off, but then crashed and was arrested. authorities said.
The theft occurred in the 900 block of West Lancaster Boulevard at 2:10 a.m., according to Deputy Joshua Stamsek of the sheriff’s Lancaster Station.

The suspect, identified as 54-year-old Raleigh Wall of Lancaster after he first give a false name, crashed at Division Street and Avenue J where he was detained by a private security guard until deputies arrived, Stamsek said.
Wall was taken to a hospital and was arrested on suspicion of carjacking after receiving medical clearance for booking. He was booked with bail set at $100,000.
The victim was not injured.
