The camera was discovered Friday at a Del Taco restaurant at 751 S. Beach Blvd., according to La Habra police Sgt. Jose Quirarte.

Earlier Wednesday, police circulated images of three men from video retrieved from the camera, calling them persons of interest. Investigators later determined the images were of people who found the device and accidentally recorded themselves as they were trying to examine it, according to Cindy Knapp, a spokeswoman for the police department.
Police also recovered video of a heavyset Latino man and a woman, both of whom are considered victims, Quirarte said.
Del Taco officials said none of their employees were seen on the footage retrieved from the camera, Quirarte said.
Anyone who has information relevant to the case was asked to call Detective Paul Lucifora (562) 383-4364.
