The suspect is described as a 40- to 50-year-old man of Armenian or Middle Eastern descent, between 5 feet 9 inches and 6 feet tall, 190-200 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes, she said.
The van is described as a late 1990s or early 2000s model, possibly a Ford E-150 or E-250 with tinted windows, white bumpers and possible damage to the right rear panel. It may have a passenger-side door access step.
If you have any information about the suspect, authorities want you to contact the FBI at (310) 477-6565 or the LAPD at (877) LAPD-247.
