A woman in her 60s remained hospitalized in serious condition Saturday after being stabbed during an attempted robbery in Montebello.
The woman was confronted in the 600 block of North Hendricks Street at 8:20 p.m. Friday, the Montebello Police Department said.
The suspect was described as a Latino male in his teens, about 5-foot, 10-inches to 6-feet tall. He was last seen wearing a light-colored jacket and dark jeans.
