A person was shot and wounded Thursday morning at a Pomona motel, authorities said.
The shooting was reported at The Deluxe Motel at 915 W. Holt Ave. at 1:40 a.m., said Los Angeles County Fire Department Dispatch Supervisor Rey Dong.
One gunshot patient was taken by helicopter to USC Medical Center, Dong said.
A news videographer at the scene said the victim was a man in his late 20s. No other details were immediately available.
