One man was killed and other wounded in a shooting in an unincorporated area near Whittier, Los Angeles County Sheriff‘s officials said Sunday.
The victim was pronounced dead at the scene and the second man was transported to a hospital in unknown condition, according to Deputy Juanita Navarro-Suarez of the Sheriff’s Information Bureau.
It occurred shortly after 1 a.m at the intersection of Broadway and Reichling Lane. A videographer at the scene said a single car crash may also have been a factor.
