Cadaver dogs were being used Friday to search for a body in a remote area of Palmdale, authorities said.
A specific location was not immediately available, according to Sgt. Vincent Plair of the Sheriff’s Information Bureau.
He said authorities had received an unconfirmed tip about a possibly body and were following up.
The watch commander at the sheriff’s Palmdale Station was not immediately available.
