A 78-year-old man who speaks only Chinese was reported missing Thursday in Arcadia when he failed to return from his morning walk.
Tong Huang, who is visiting relatives and has only been in the country for about a month, was last seen about 7:30 a.m. in the area of Sunset Boulevard and Huntington Drive, according to Arcadia police.
“Mr. Huang has been in the habit of taking a morning walk and did so this morning, however, did not return as usual,” according to a police statement. “He has no money, no phone and no destination other than the Arcadia relatives.”
