A massage therapist who works out of a North Hollywood gym is set to be arraigned Tuesday on charges that he sexually assaulted a woman during a massage session at her Santa Clarita home.
Daniel Holbert, 48, of Burbank, faces one felony count of sexual penetration by a foreign object.
Holbert was arrested Aug. 23 on a warrant for his arrest issued July 28.
If convicted as charged, Holbert faces up to three years in prison.
