The rapper known as Lil Twist and former friend of Justin Bieber, pleaded no contest Wednesday to assault and other charges for an attack on a man at a party in a Miracle Mile apartment about two years ago.

Christopher Lynn Moore, 23, was immediately sentenced to one year in jail and three years probation following his plea to one count each of assault by means of force likely to produce great bodily injury, assault with a deadly weapon, first-degree residential burglary, first-degree robbery and grand theft, according to the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office.

Moore — who had been set to go on trial — is set to surrender Feb. 3 to begin serving his jail term.

Moore attended a party in the 300 block of Hauser Boulevard on Nov. 7, 2014, then slapped the man in the face after he asked Moore to leave, said Deputy District Attorney Simone Shay.

Moore returned a half-hour later with four others who jumped on and subdued the victim, according to the District Attorney’s Office. Moore then kicked the man, the prosecutor said.
