Police Sunday were trying to solve the murder of a man in his 20s who was shot to death in a crosswalk in the Hyde Park area of Los Angeles.
There were few details yet available about the grisly crime in which the victim’s bloody body was found lying in the street at Slauson and Fifth avenues, Los Angeles Police Sgt. D. Quesada said. She declined to provide her first name.
The intersection was closed overnight for the crime scene investigation after the Saturday killing at about 9:15 p.m., she said.
No suspect information, victim ID nor motive were immediately available.
