A business was damaged by a fire in downtown Los Angeles, authorities said Saturday.
The blaze broke out around 11:50 p.m. Friday at Quest Imports, located in the 1100 block of East Pico Boulevard, said Margaret Stewart of the Los Angeles Fire Department.
The fire began in one of the corners of the one-story building and was partially held by a sprinkler system, she said.
No one was injured in the fire.
It took 38 firefighters to knock it down in 26 minutes, Stewart said.
The cause of the fire was under investigation.
