Fire Sunday damaged the attic of a two-story home in Highland Park, and two cats at the residence remained missing.
Firefighters were dispatched at 12:37 p.m. to 5057 Montezuma St. and had the fire out within 20 minutes of their arrival, said Brian Humphrey of the Los Angeles Fire Department.

No injuries were reported at the 1,410-square foot craftsman-style home, which was built in 1910, Humphrey said.
