
Authorities Monday sought public help to find a gunman who killed a man outside a bar in Van Nuys in a shooting that left another person wounded.

Julio Rodriguez, 33, died at the scene of the crime, which occurred about 11:20 p.m. Sunday in the 15200 block of Victory Boulevard, according to the coroner’s office. His hometown was not known.
The survivor was treated at a hospital and released, said Los Angeles Police Officer Tony Im.
The suspect was described as a Hispanic man about 5-feet-5 inches to 5- feet-9 inches tall with a muscular build. A motive for the shooting was not known, Im said.
