
Detectives Sunday continued an investigation after a man was shot to death in an unincorporated area of South Los Angeles.
A “gunshot victim” was reported at 6:20 p.m. Saturday in the 11000 block of South Vermont Avenue, according to Deputy Charles Moore of the Sheriff’s Information Bureau.

South Los Angeles Station deputies responded and discovered the victim — a black adult male — suffered at least one gunshot wound to his lower torso and at least one gunshot wound to his left arm.
The victim was pronounced dead at a hospital, Moore said.
There is no suspect information or motive regarding this crime, deputies added. The investigation is ongoing.
