A man in his 30s was shot and wounded Wednesday after arguing with two men in South Los Angeles.
The victim argued with two men, both thought to be 25-30 years old, at about 5:25 p.m. in the area of 49th Street and Budlong Avenue before one of the suspects pulled a gun and opened fire, according to Los Angeles Police Officer Sal Ramirez.
The victim was taken to a hospital and was in stable condition, Ramirez said.
A detailed description of the suspects, who fled in an unknown direction, was not available and it was unclear if the shooting was gang-related, Ramirez said.
