A 33-year-old Riverside man was found shot dead in an apparent suicide at a golf course Sunday, 70 hours after police said he shot and killed his ex-girlfriend in Redlands.

Bradley Thomas Woss had been wanted by Redlands police for the shooting death of Kacey Renee McKinney, 31, of Redlands on Tuesday night. She was gunned down inside her second-floor unit at the Parkview Terrace apartment complex, in the 1600 block of Barton Road in Redlands, according to Redlands police.

Investigators said Woss and McKinney had been in some kind of altercation over her new relationship, before he shot her. McKinney’s new boyfriend jumped from a second-floor balcony to escape the jealous, armed ex- boyfriend, police said, and sustained minor injuries.

Woss had been described as “armed and dangerous” before his body was found at about 7:15 a.m. Sunday at the Indian Hills Golf Club in Jurupa Valley, according to the Redlands police. It was not clear exactly when the death occurred at the golf course, just west of Riverside.
