A bicyclist was critically injured in a hit-and-run crash in El Monte and authorities are looking for a green Nissan Quest mini van with front-end damage related to the crash.
The hit-and-run was reported at 6:10 p.m. Friday on Santa Anita Avenue near Mulhall Street, according to the El Monte Police Department.
The van was traveling southbound on Santa Anita Avenue when it struck the 54-year-old bicyclist. He was taken to a hospital in critical condition, police said.
