A person was struck by a Metrolink train Friday in North Hollywood and was taken to a hospital.
The collision was reported about 4:15 p.m. in the 12100 block of Sherman Way, near Laurel Canyon Boulevard, according to the Los Angeles Fire Department.
The unidentified pedestrian’s age, gender and condition were not immediately available.
