A man was wounded in the neck and upper body Monday in a car-to-car shooting in the West Adams area of Los Angeles, authorities said.
The shooting was reported at 2:03 a.m. at Exposition Boulevard and Buckingham Road, Sgt. Rick Boyle of the Los Angeles Police Department’s Southwest Station said.
Several shots were fired from one vehicle into the other and the suspect vehicle fled the scene, Boyle said. The only person hit was a passenger in the car that was fired upon. He was taken to a hospital and had stable vital signs, the sergeant said.
