An 87-year-old Santa Ana man who recently experienced some symptoms of dementia was located after being reported missing when he failed to make it to a doctor’s appointment Tuesday, authorities said Friday.
Details of where and when David James Wood was found, as well as his physical condition, were not immediately available, according Sgt. Rosa Ponce de Leon of the Santa Ana Police Department.
Those details may be released later Friday, she said.
