A 25-year-old student is being held without bail for allegedly entering a Citrus College women’s restroom to watch people in lavatory stalls, police reported Tuesday.
Phillip Osuna of Covina, who is on parole for an unrelated matter, was arrested Friday and booked on suspicion of invasion of privacy, according to Glendora police Lt. Matt Williams.
“This law applies to situations where a suspect peeks through a hole or an opening into an area someone is occupying in which a reasonable expectation of privacy exists,” Williams said.
“Glendora Police Department personnel were relentless in their investigation efforts and worked tirelessly in the days following the incidents,” he said. “Throughout this investigation, GPD detectives worked closely with Citrus College and their staff in an effort to identify victims and the suspect.”
Anyone with information about the case was urged to call the Glendora Police Department at (626) 914-8250 or contact Detective Mike Howell at (626) 914-8282 or email@example.com.
