Two people were wounded Saturday in a shooting in the community of Valinda near the City of Industry, authorities said.
The shooting was reported at 4:55 p.m. in the 500 block of Lidford Avenue, the Industry Sheriff’s Station watch commander said.
The two victims were taken to a hospital, but their genders, ages and conditions were not yet available.
Suspects were outstanding, he said. A vehicle was found abandoned near the scene and deputies were trying to determine if it was involved in the shooting.
