A 65-year-old Palmdale man who suffers from dementia went missing and sheriff’s detectives asked for public help Sunday to find him.
Jimmie Harold Johnson was last seen leaving for his morning walk in the 4700 block of Katrina Place at 10:45 a.m. Thursday, according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department.
Johnson is black, 5-feet-8 inches tall and weighs 180 pounds with a bald head and brown eyes. He wears glasses, the department said.
He was last seen wearing a white hat, blue jacket, blue and white polo shirt and gray pants, the LASD said.
Anyone with information on Johnson’s whereabouts was asked to call the Sheriff’s Missing Persons Unit at 323-890-5500 or 911. Tipsters can also call Crime Stoppers at 800-222-8477.
