Authorities Monday are seeking the public’s help to find a 54-year-old man with the mental capacity of a 7-year-old last seen in the Reseda area.
Gunther Palmer was last seen on Feb. 20 about 3 p.m. near the 7900 block of Tampa Avenue, near Strathern Street.
Palmer has the mental capacity of a 7-year-old and has trouble remembering his name, police reported.
He is described as white, 6 feet, 2 inches tall, 180 pounds, with long brown hair, blue eyes, and a mustache, according to police.
Authorities circulated a photo of Palmer and encouraged anyone with information about the case to contact the LAPD’s Missing Persons Unit at 213-996-1800, or during non-business hours, 1-877-LAPD-24-7. Those wishing to report anonymously can call 800-222-TIPS.
