At least one person was killed in a multi-vehicle crash on the Glenn Anderson (105) Freeway in Lynwood, according to the California Highway Patrol
The crash occurred on the westbound 105 Freeway about 7:20 p.m., the CHP reported.
The crash temporarily blocked all westbound lanes and traffic was being diverted at Long Beach Boulevard, the CHP said.
There was no immediate word on the age or gender of the victim. The person’s name was withheld pending notification of next of kin.
The CHP issued a SigAlert. It was not immediately known how long the freeway lanes would remain shut down.
