A man and woman were wounded in a shooting on a Garden Grove street, and the gunman remains at large, police said.
The shootings happened about 2:20 a.m. Saturday near the intersection of Barclay Street and Maureen Drive, Garden Grove police reported.
Responding officers located the two victims as they were attempting to drive to a hospital, police said. Paramedics eventually took the pair to a hospital for treatment of their wounds. Both were expected to survive.
According to police, a man got out of dark-colored sedan and shot the two while they were standing at the intersection. The gunman then got back into the car and fled the scene.
A motive for the shootings was unknown. No suspect description was available.
