Police asked for public help Monday to find an 88-year-old woman suffering from dementia and high blood pressure who went missing in Alhambra.

Wai-Lan Quan was last seen about 10:15 a.m. walking away from her home near Fourth and Main streets, according to Alhambra police.

Quan is Chinese. She stands 5 feet 1 inch tall and weighs about 120 pounds, police said. She was last seen wearing a white jacket with reddish-pink flowers, a white blouse, black pants and black tennis shoes.

Anyone who knows her whereabouts was asked to call Alhambra police at 626-570-5151 or 911. Tipsters can also call Crime Stoppers at 800-222-TIPS.
