A man was killed in an apparent gang-related shooting in the southwest Los Angeles area, and authorities Thursday were working to solve the crime.
The shooting occurred about 9:45 p.m. Wednesday at 67th Street and Western Avenue, according to the Los Angeles Police Department.
The man, in his mid-30s, died at a hospital, police said. No information was available on his identity.
