Detectives are investigating the death of a man in his 20s shot and killed in Hacienda Heights Sunday.
The shooting occurred at 1 a.m. along Turnbull Canyon Road south of Northview Terrace, according to Juanita Navarro-Suarez with the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department.
Deputies dispatched to the scene found the victim lying on the side of the road suffering from at least one gunshot wound to the upper body, the Sheriff’s Information Bureau reported.
He was pronounced dead at the scene.
Investigators do not have any suspect information at this point.
