A shooting involving one or more Los Angeles County sheriff’s deputies was reported Thursday in an unincorporated county area near south Los Angeles, authorities said.
Detectives were sent to 108th Street and Vermont Avenue about 4 a.m., the sheriff’s department reported.
It was is unclear if anyone was injured in the incident, which involved a man described by the sheriff’s department as a “suspect.”
