An 18-year-old motorcyclist was killed Friday in a collision in Irvine.
Garrett Ryder Wade, a Concordia University student who lived in Orange, collided with a Toyota Camry at Walnut Avenue and Kazan Street about 8:15 a.m., according to Irvine police Sgt. Karie Davies.
Wade was rushed to OC Global Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead, Davies said.
The other driver remained on scene and cooperated with police. Investigators have not determined what caused the collision.
