An Eastvale man was arrested Saturday after sheriff’s deputies served search warrants on two properties allegedly used to cultivate thousands of marijuana plants.
The warrants were served on properties in the 6600 block of Leanne Street and the 7000 block of Wells Springs Street, according to sheriff’s Sergeant R. Armendariz.
Deputies recovered about 2,750 marijuana plants and “several” pounds of processed marijuana, Armendariz said.
Yi Bao Femg, 64, was arrested for suspicion of marijuana cultivation and nonpayment of utilities, and was released after being booked at the Robert Presley Detention Center, according to sheriff’s jail records.
