A shooting in Whittier left one man dead and two others wounded, police said Friday.
Officers were sent to the 12600 block of Camilla Street about 11:30 p.m. Thursday on a report of shots fired, according to the Whittier Police Department.
“Upon arrival, they found a male adult deceased from a gunshot wound,” police said in a statement. “Two other male adults were also struck by gunfire and were transported to the hospital in stable condition.”
Information was not immediately available on the identity of the fatally wounded man.
No arrests were reported.
