A car crash in Lancaster Friday left two people dead.
Paramedics sent to Division Street and East Avenue K-8 at 1:59 a.m. pronounced one person dead at the scene, the Los Angeles County Fire Department reported.
The second person died at a hospital, the Los Angeles County coroner’s office reported. Information was not immediately available on the identities of the fatally injured people, described only as females by the coroner’s office.
The circumstances of the crash were under investigation.
