Riverside police searched Saturday for a 60-year-old man with schizophrenia, bipolar disorder and the mental capacity of a 7-year-old who walked away from a residential care facility.
Jesus Silva Jr. went missing sometime Friday from the 4200 block of Central Avenue, according to the Riverside Police Department.
Authorities say he does not have a cell phone and they fear he is not familiar with the area. He also did not have needed medication.
Silva is described as Hispanic, 5 feet, 9 inches tall, 245 pounds, with gray hair and black eyes. No clothing description was available.
Anyone who sees Silva or knows his whereabouts was asked to call police at 951-354-2007.
