Authorities Tuesday identified a man whose body was found in the ocean near San Pedro.
The body of 70-year-old Roger Murray of San Pedro was discovered shortly before 9 a.m. Monday near the 3700 block of South Stephen M. White Drive, according to the Los Angeles County coroner’s office and the Los Angeles Fire Department.
An examination was pending to determine the cause of Murray’s death.
