An investigation was continuing Tuesday into the fatal shooting of a man in San Juan Capistrano.
The shooting was reported at about 9:20 p.m. Monday at a townhouse in the 26000 block of Calle San Francisco, according to the Orange County Sheriff’s Department. The victim, who lived in the residence, was pronounced dead at the scene.
He was identified as 32-year-old Jose Luis Ortiz Dejesus, sheriff’s Sgt. Scott Steinle said.
No arrests were reported.
