County authorities Saturday identified a man who was found dead inside a residence in Bellflower.
He was Jesus Garcia, 61.
Deputies were sent to the 8500 block of Park Street about 8:20 p.m. Thursday where the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department reported they found the victim.
“When deputies arrived, they found a male … non-responsive and in cardiac arrest,” a sheriff’s department statement said. “The victim was pronounced deceased at the scene by the Los Angeles County Fire Department.”
A person was detained for questioning in connection with Garcia’s death, but other details were not released.
