A suspect was shot and wounded by a police officer in Santa Ana Wednesday, authorities said.
The shooting happened around 2:05 p.m. in the 100 block of South McClay Street, according to Sgt. Maria Lopez of the Santa Ana Police Department.
No officers were hurt, Lopez said.
