A fire damaged an apartment in Westwood Thursday, but no one was hurt.
Firefighters sent to the 1400 block of South Warnall Avenue at 7:23 a.m. extinguished the flames in the two-story building in 44 minutes, the Los Angeles Fire Department reported.
The cause of the fire was under investigation.
