Roughly a quarter-acre of hillside sluffed off in Hollywood Hills West during Monday evening’s storm, announced the Los Angeles Fire Department.
Four homes closest to the landslide weren’t immediately threatened, but LAFD officials said the “the potential exists” for further issues.
Firefighters were investigating the situation and Urban Search and Rescue technical experts were en route.
