A 37-year-old mother suspected of leaving her 3-year-old child alone inside a vehicle in Moreno Valley Friday was arrested.
Deputies from Moreno Valley Sheriff’s Station responded to the 125000 block of Day Street, near the Moreno Valley Mall, around 1:08 p.m. regarding reports of a child left unattended in a vehicle, according to Sgt. Marcos Acosta.
The child’s mother, Kimberly Bargsten, of Moreno Valley, was arrested at the scene and booked at the Robert Presley Detention Center for felony child endangerment, Acosta said.
The child was uninjured.
