One person was arrested Thursday following a police pursuit of an allegedly stolen vehicle that ended in the Pico-Union area.
The chase ended around 6:30 p.m. near Washington Street and Mariposa Avenue, according to the Los Angeles Police Department. The driver of the allegedly stolen vehicle was taken into custody, but a search was continuing for the passenger, who fled on foot.
It was not immediately clear when or where the pursuit began.
