A man was shot and killed Monday in the unincorporated Florence-Firestone area.
Deputies responded to the 1600 block of East 76th Street, near Alameda Street and Florence Avenue, at around 5:25 p.m. to a report of a gunshot wound victim, according to the Sheriff’s Information Bureau.
The victim was pronounced dead at the scene.
