A fire scorched about two acres of brush in the Sun Valley area Thursday.
Firefighters sent to the 10000 block of North Glenoaks Boulevard about 9:45 a.m. quickly stopped the spread of the flames, according to the Los Angeles Fire Department.
No structures were threatened or damaged, the LAFD reported. Some crews remained on scene dousing hot spots.
