A wrong-way motorist killed another driver in Van Nuys, authorities said Monday.
The crash occurred at 10:55 p.m. Sunday at Victory Boulevard and Columbus Avenue, according to a desk officer at the Los Angeles Police Department’s Operations Center.
The 24-year-old man was eastbound on Victory Boulevard when he crossed over to the westbound side and collided with a vehicle driven by a 40-year-old man who died at the scene.
The wrong-way driver remained at the scene, she said.
