A 51-year-old woman who was killed in a multi-vehicle crash on the San Diego (405) Freeway in the Van Nuys area was identified Friday.
Paramedics were sent to the northbound 405 Freeway near Sherman Way about 6:30 a.m. Wednesday, according to the Los Angeles Fire Department.
The Los Angeles County Medical-Examiner’s office identified the victim as Yuvitza Quintero. She was pronounced dead at the scene.
Three other people were treated for unspecified injuries.
Three lanes were blocked in the area while an investigation was conducted.
